Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and materials must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Auto Scrubber Brushes (opened packaging)
- Auto Scrubber Pad Drivers (removed from original packaging)
- Auto Scrubber Squeegee Blades (unsealed items)
- Floor Buffer Brushes (used or opened)
- Any products showing signs of use, installation, or damage due to improper handling
Return Process – Step by Step
- Submit Return Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package Items Securely: Pack the items in their original packaging with all included materials
- Include Documentation: Print and include the RMA authorization email in your package
- Ship to Address: Send your return to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA authorization)
- Inspection & Processing: We inspect returned items upon receipt and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Bank Processing Time: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
