Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise. This policy is designed to accommodate the needs of busy commercial cleaning professionals while maintaining efficient business operations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and materials must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Auto Scrubber Brushes (opened packaging)
  • Auto Scrubber Pad Drivers (removed from original packaging)
  • Auto Scrubber Squeegee Blades (unsealed items)
  • Floor Buffer Brushes (used or opened)
  • Any products showing signs of use, installation, or damage due to improper handling

Return Process – Step by Step

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Items Securely: Pack the items in their original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Include Documentation: Print and include the RMA authorization email in your package.
  5. Ship to Address: Send your return to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA authorization).
  6. Inspection & Processing: We inspect returned items upon receipt and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Bank Processing Time: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate the desired replacement item in your return request
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return
